To start you on your way toward obtaining a vacation rental in Puerto Rico, please
fill out the Vacation Rental Reservation Request Form below and click the "Submit" button. Please be as complete as possible when filling out the form.
This will help us to better assess your needs, and put together a proper response. We will respond via e-mail within
48 hours of receipt.
Please review our Cancellation Policy before signing the rental agreement or sending any payments. We also now provide our customers
the choice of making their deposit payment through the ECheck electronic payment processing system. You will receive
instructions on how to access our Electronic Payment Form after the rental agreement has been signed and you elect
to pay the rental deposit electronically.
Basic Rental Requirements:
- Rentals will not be accepted with less than 10 days notice.
- A 50% rental deposit is required - balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation
- Rentals with less than 30 days notice require payment in full by Express Mail.
