The Phoenix will change the approach to Puerto
Rico Vacation Rental Marketing and Promotions currently used in the
Internet. Owners will be directly
involved in the promotion of their property with our new tool suite, using
their UserID and Passwords to enter the Phoenix and create their own
custom property and contact information; using stored templates for the
layout of their presentations (click here to
view model template). The result will be a unique HTML page for
their property which is published for inclusion in Yahoo, MSN, and Google
searches. The market presence of PRwest is used to further expose
the property with its own unique web page.
For
a limited time in 2009, we will be allowing FREE classifieds (PRwest
Classifieds) for owners who wish to market their properties on
their own; individuals who wish to market their services to visitors such
as car rental companies and restaurants; satellite TV
providers; and providers of other goods and services. The
classifieds section will allow individuals and businesses to add the
description of a product or service and include up to two limited sized
photos at NO COST
for a limited time.
Another feature to be added early
in 2009 will be a goods and services section (PRwest Online Store) where a
variety of products and services can be ordered online via secured credit
card payments with our arrangements with Paypal. An online Book Store is now
available for visitors wanting information about the island as part of
their planning process before their visit. Want that special coffee blend
you liked on your vacation to Puerto Rico? How about that souvenier
or product that was too large to take back while visiting?
Not to be outdone by the competition, we will soon be
adding a new PRwest Blog, so visitors can post
their comments, owners can further market their properties, restaurant
owners can promote their businesses and add coupons, and Industry News can
be shared, and yes YOU the visitor can complain if you're not happy, or
can give praise for an excellent service provided. Our intention
obviously is for the New
PRwest.com to be The
Source for anything related to vacationing in Puerto
Rico. We will be constantly updating this web site with new features
(a bbs??) and new properties. Property owners are encouraged for a
limited time to post their properties at no cost on our web
site.
